ARE YOU THINKING ABOUT TO COME A YOGA TEACHER?
HAVE YOU MASTERED THE ART OF SELF-CARE YET?
STILL HAVING SOME QUESTIONS?
PRACTICE
This is where it all begins. It’s about showing up consistently with discipline, repetition, and dedication. Practice is the foundation — the “doing” phase where you put in the effort to sharpen your skills, whether that’s in a particular craft or a broader life philosophy.
LEARNING
Once you’ve practiced, learning takes shape. Through your repeated efforts, insight and wisdom start to emerge. Learning isn’t just about passive absorption; it’s about actively processing what you’ve experienced through practice. This is when you begin to question, explore, and crave deeper understanding. It’s the perfect time to seek guidance, whether through private tutoring, enrolling in an immersive experience like a YTTC, or both.
EXPERIENCE
Now, you take everything you’ve learned and put it into real-world action. Experience is where theory meets practice, and this is what solidifies your knowledge. It deepens your understanding, allowing you to truly embody the concepts you’ve been working with. (And remember, this phase always loops back to more Practice and Learning.
SAMADHI
In many spiritual paths, especially in yoga and meditation, Samadhi refers to a profound state of meditative absorption or spiritual realization. It’s a place of union, stillness, and clarity — a state where you reach the highest level of awareness or enlightenment. In this context, Samadhi is the culmination: after the dedication to practice, the learning, and the experiences, you arrive at a place of deep insight and inner peace. For us, this process also becomes an opportunity to express ourselves, like writing a simple blog or sharing the joy of our practices and their outcomes.
THE WHOLE JOURNEY
Together, these stages represent a holistic path of personal and spiritual growth: committing to the practice, learning through your efforts, gaining wisdom from experience, and ultimately arriving at a state of profound understanding. It’s a journey that’s both intellectual and spiritual, requiring patience and dedication — there are no shortcuts.
