
Sit in a comfortable, upright position, such as Sukhasana (easy pose) or Vajrasana (diamond pose).
Close your eyes gently and take a few deep breaths to relax your body and mind.
Curl the tip of your tongue into a U-shape, resembling a rolled-up tube.
Inhale slowly and deeply through the curled tongue as if you are sipping cool water through a straw. You may feel a cool sensation on your tongue and throat.
Close your mouth and exhale slowly and passively through your nose.
Repeat steps 3-5 for 5-10 breaths, or as long as comfortable.
